Ingredients for a single serving:

  • 1 serving of Monte Monaco lentil Fusilli Pasta
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Some sage leaves
  • 1 tablespoon almond and pistachio flakes
  • salt, pepper.

Instructions:

While the pasta is cooking, brown in a non-stick pan the evo oil, sage leaves, almond and pistachio flakes.

Season with salt and pepper.

Add the cooked and drained fusilli.

Serve.
