Ingredients for a single serving:
- 1 serving of Monte Monaco lentil Fusilli Pasta
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Some sage leaves
- 1 tablespoon almond and pistachio flakes
- salt, pepper.
Instructions:
While the pasta is cooking, brown in a non-stick pan the evo oil, sage leaves, almond and pistachio flakes.
Season with salt and pepper.
Add the cooked and drained fusilli.
Serve.
