The website www.montemonaco.bio promotes and makes available for sale by means of the Internet the products of the Monte Monaco line according to the rules of the Consumer Code (D. Lgs. n. 206/2005), Section II, Distance Contracts (Art. 50 – 67) as amended by EU Directive 2011/83 transposed by legislative decree of 3 December 2013 and e-commerce rules (Legislative Decree No 70/2003). How to Buy
In the Shop section you can buy food packages based on legume flour in the pasta format. It is possible to buy packs of 4 packages, called Mix, by type of pasta format or by type of legume. Selected the mix type, enter the quantity of packages, remembering well that each package includes 4 packages of Monte Monaco products. To complete the purchase process you need to access the cart by registering at the appropriate section or with your account. After that, before the conclusion of the purchase process you can check the total amount of the order, the total sum and the delivery times. Following the successful payment, the order will be taken over and fulfilled.
Shipments and delivery times
Shipping is FREE throughout the national territory excluding Calabria, Sicily, Sardinia and the smaller islands, in these cases the contribution is € 12.00. The time of receipt of the goods from the fulfillment of the order is 15 days for all destinations in the national territory, excluding Calabria, Sicily, Sardinia and the smaller islands whose expected additional time is 48-72 hours from the fulfillment of the order. Orders are received from Monday to Friday from 9.00 am to 6.00 pm. Orders received after 6 p.m. will be fulfilled on the next day. Orders received after 6pm on Friday and until 9.00am on the following Monday will be processed on the Monday itself. We recommend that you tell us a shipping address where you can find someone during business hours as the carrier will ask you for a signature per receipt. You can choose the address of the house, but also of the workplace, a neighbor, friend or relative. It is essential to report a telephone number to facilitate delivery.

Returns
In full compliance with current legislation, Azienda agricola Monte Monaco srl. recognizes customers a period of 14 days to return the products purchased online, without any penalty and without having to provide any motivation. The period for exercising the right of withdrawal shall run from the day on which the Customer received the products. The Customer who intends to exercise the right of withdrawal, within the aforementioned period, may:

or
b) Send to info@montemonaco.bio any other explicit statement of your decision to withdraw from the contract, or by registered mail to Loc. Hill snc. 63088 Montemonaco (AP)
The products must be returned intact and in perfect condition, in the original packaging, complete in all their parts (including packaging and any documentation and ancillary equipment) and accompanied by the attached tax documentation.
Upon receipt of the package, as indicated above, the Monte Monaco farm will refund the amount due, and any shipping costs incurred at the time of purchase, within a maximum period of 14 days from the day on which it has received the products from the Customer. The refund will be made in the same payment method used by the customer. If the refund is to be made by bank transfer, the customer must keep his bank details: IBAN, SWIFT and BIC.
